How do I return Faulty Goods?

Please complete ATC’s Returns Authorisation Form and send it to the Returns Department by email at returns@atc.ie or fax to 01 452 0887.

ATC’s Returns department will then contact you with an official ATC returns number for the goods we can accept back. Please quote this number on all relevant returns paperwork.

If product is Sunray / Lifestyle fault, photograph of product fault and serial number is required to be sent to returns@atc.ie

If product is hand dryer and over one year old, photograph of motor brushes is required to be sent to returns@atc.ie

Serial and invoice numbers must be provided for all returns including faulty product.

Goods reported faulty within warranty will be inspected by ATC’s service dept.

ATC will then generate a free of charge replacement or a credit note which will quote your corresponding debit note / returns number on.

Our warehouse may refuse goods that are not authorised in advanced

We are unable to accept debit note deductions from payments unless the information is reported to our returns department prior to the deduction

 

Can I return Goods which are no longer required?

Returned goods must be unused, in original unmarked packaging and of resalable quality. It is the responsibility of the customer to return all products to the ATC Warehouse in Dublin in this condition.

ATC will not accept returns of non-stock items, obsolete products or products which have been purchased over 12 months previous.

How do I avail of a Stock Cleanse?

ATC are happy to facilitate stock cleanses for slow moving stock in return for an order double the value of the goods to be returned.

Returned goods must be unused, in original unmarked packaging and of resalable quality. It is the responsibility of the customer to return all products to the ATC Warehouse in Dublin in this condition.

The Stock Cleanse Policy does not apply to non-stock items, obsolete products or products which have been purchased over 12 months previous.
