In the latest in the series of posts from our Area Sales Managers the topic this time is Outdoor Heaters, an area that’s showing strong demand as our world changes to suit the new environment for work, leisure and home.

ATC Area Manager Managers are regularly asked to recommend / supply outdoor heating for various applications.

At ATC we’ve designed 3 types of short-wave infrared heaters to cater for all sorts of different locations.

When choosing an option, you need to consider;

Is it for domestic, commercial or industrial use?

How much heat is required to heat the area Alfresco 1.8 KW domestic / commercial. Varma 4KW IPX5, Domestic/commercial. Hathor 6KW Commercial/ industrial.

As a guide, these are some of the installations we’ve worked on at ATC –

Clayton Hotel Limerick – Alfresco 1.8KW infrared heater, IP55 as hotel next to River Shannon, time lag switch fitted for maximum efficiency, neat size to fit under canopy.

Castlebar General Hospital – Varma 4KW IPX5 infrared heater, new ambulance centre built which proved very difficult to heat. Short wave heat, good warranty, pre wired unit for easy installation.

We’ll always provide on-site demonstrations of the ATC outdoor heating range for clients to ensure it fits their requirements exactly. One such demo was to a factory in Athlone Alkameres who wanted to install infrared heaters in their newly renovated smoking area to look aesthetically pleasing, operate in all weather and provide instant heat, CT Athlone contacted ATC and the Alfresco x 10 were installed.

ATC has an outdoor heater to suit every application, budget and need, be it a patio at home, a smoking area in a pub or restaurant or a large warehousing area in a factory.

And, as we all move to maximise our outdoor space we’ve expanded our Outdoor Heating Range in recent weeks with the addition of the Sienna Quartz Outdoor Infrared Heater and the Riviera Quartz Outdoor Infrared Heater.

Our entire range of Outdoor Heating is also now available in digital format, click here to view our new online brochure.

Why not contact ATC and arrange a free of charge heating design service and bring the heat indoors, outside?
