Signature Care Homes offer luxury residential, nursing and dementia care across London and the home counties. Bentley House is one of 20 homes that makes up the Signature Group, who recently made the decision to replace their existing wet radiator system.
It was essential for the new heating system to be LST compliant, and to be able to adjust the temperature per room depending on resident requirements.
Heating was required throughout Resident Rooms, Communal Areas, Corridors and Restaurants & Cafes.
